Great app to use for video calling on websites when your laptop or computer doesn't have an in-built camera. No adds and being able to unlock the extra features is great with this app, so I really recommend the premium app. Great way to show support too! Please continue to make this app better and better guys
Not really usable for live streaming. Tried it with HD resolution, and it's producing lags,but inconsistent. If I perhaps open another app, Image lags explodes for few seconds - probably while te program communicates with computer over simulated network even if connected through USB. It's perhaps on ADB drivers..but not really usable.
At first I was not super impressed but I just now saw that there was a separate program that lets you get 720p footage from your camera over USB. WOW. Day and night difference! This app has suddenly become the best thing on my phone. I was able to use it to record footage for a live stream and it looked absolutely amazing. Phone didn't overheat and the app runs in the background so even though the screen was off, it kept recording. A+++
Installed the non-pro version, tried it, after a few minutes I bought the Pro version. It's really good and it's really working. Edit :After about five minutes, the picture freezes and the only way to fix it is to restart the phone. I've tried 2 phones, it happens to both. Hope for a fix.
I can say, after testing almost every app tor using your phone as a webcam on your pc or laptop that this is the one! I used the free but the reaolution is kinda bad so I decided to purchase this app for 4.29€... I'll tell you that I immediately Uninstalled the other apps that I previously had tested because its "the one"!! It has all the options you need for a webcam (zoom, mirror e.t.c.) and Its 720p but with some better lightining it looks like 1080p, so I would definitely recomend this app!!
It works really well with good quality (and Linux support). One small thing, can you remove the lock to portrait mode for the UI? I use it with my Pixel C (as it has a built in stand through the keyboard), but rotating my head 90° is annoying.
Bought it.. used it for a couple of months.. Go to fire it up tonight for our weekly stream, and it won't connect anymore. Throws an error with the pc client saying the android clients needs to be updated. No about of uninstalling/reinstalling has solved the issue.. Zero forums to gleam any information from with this dev, zero support. Keep that in mind before you purchase it. It's great when it works, but you can find yourself in my shoes with a useless app.
No hint is given that there is Settings screen until you disconnect the camera. No hint is given there is a separate executable shortcut you need to run to get the most important paid feature working. (I am talking about the HD-mode.)
This is a good substitute for a webcam. Wanted to get HD quality so i purchased the Pro version. Not intuitive UI... and once i launched Pro after uninstalling the Free version, the app switched to using the FRONT CAMERA and i cannot find a way to use the Rear cam instead. I am running this on Samsung Note 5 and a Win10 PC.
It's a good picture quality, but there's too much lag to be useful for recording anything. I lost hours trying to fix it, and in the end, I gotta eat my $5 and count the lost hours
